FAQs

Who are the lessons for?

Lessons are for pitchers of all ages and experience levels — whether you're just getting started, trying to earn a rotation spot, or already playing at a high level and looking to refine your game. Looking to do a small group lesson? That works too! I offer lessons to be private or semi-private.

What’s included in a typical lesson, and how long does it last?

Each lesson is tailored to your goals and development level. We may work on mechanics, velocity, command, pitch design, movement patterns, or game mindset — all depending on what you need most. Sessions are available in either 30-minute or 60-minute formats, based on your preference and training plan.

What does the remote programming include?

Each remote program starts with a full mechanical and movement breakdown using your submitted video. From there, I build a personalized month-by-month throwing plan that includes your warm-up routine, plyo drills, throwing progressions, and a recovery plan. You’ll also receive two video calls per month for live check-ins, adjustments, and Q&A. Open communication is a priority — my personal number is included so you can reach out anytime.

What will the Strength & Conditioning Program include?

The program is designed specifically for pitchers, with a focus on building strength, power, mobility, and durability. It will integrate seamlessly with your throwing workload to avoid overload and maximize results. Expect structured warm-ups, lifting progressions, mobility work, and recovery strategies — all built with your performance and longevity in mind. More details and launch info coming soon.
