Who am I?
I’m a 6-year collegiate pitcher with experience at both the JUCO and Division I levels. I spent two years at Bryant & Stratton College in Virginia Beach before finishing my career with four years at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ — where I made over 80 appearances, including postseason play, and served as team captain in my final season.
Over the past six years, I’ve trained extensively with some of the top pitching and performance programs in the game, including Tread Athletics, Driveline Baseball, and Advanced Therapy and Performance (ATP) through the 90MPH Formula. I’ve also gained a strong foundation in motor preference training and programming, which allows me to tailor movement solutions to how each athlete is naturally built to move. This individualized approach helps pitchers train more efficiently, stay healthy, and maximize their performance.
In addition to my coaching philosophy, I bring experience with advanced pitching analytics through tools like Trackman (available in-house for lessons) and Rapsodo, using data to guide development and track real, measurable progress. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing the next level, I’m here to guide the process — with real experience, proven systems, and a personal investment in your growth.
